Finding new ways to increase productivity is a must for getting on top of your workload. Think about the number of times you've changed your approach to organizing all of your commitments. I know I've changed the tools I use to manage my tasks several times-going to everything from Google Notebook to text files and specialized web applications like Remember the Milk to paper-based planners, and back again.
It's important to change the way in which you organize all of your life tasks-to constantly refine the things that can bring about more efficiency and clear the mind for higher order thinking.
For the past several months I've been using Toodledo as my primary task list manager. I'm continually amazed at all the new features I keep discovering. I'd like to share one of those features with you: email sync.
Setting up Email Sync in Toodledo
The first thing you need to do is set up the email sync feature by selecting the "Import/Export/Sync" menu option of Toodledo.
Once enabled, you can send all of your tasks to a defined email address which Toodledo sets up for you. Add that email address to the address book of your favorite email client for easy access.
